In order to promote the sharing of resources and improve the energy utilization rate, a double-layer station-network optimization layout model is established, and the number, location, equipment capacity configuration and pipeline distribution of the micro energy system under multi-station integration are co-planned. The upper model uses minimum spanning tree and spectral clustering to solve the number, location and pipeline distribution of integration stations. The lower model uses the proposed improved particle swarm optimization algorithm to solve the equipment capacity configuration problem. Through the simulation of the planning area, the optimization results of the station-network collaborative layout of the system are obtained, and the feasibility and rationality of the proposed model and algorithm are verified.
